Mr. Rilwan Belo-Osagie (B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA) – Managing Director/CEO of FSDH and Chairman of FAML
He is a pioneer member of staff of FSDH and was appointed the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 1998. He is a graduate of the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London and Strathclyde University, Glasgow. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the London Business School. |

Kenneth Spurling (MIoD) - Managing Director / CEO of FSDH Asset Management Limited
Kenneth Spurling was educated in Bermuda and Canada, completing his formal education at McGill University, in Montreal, having read economics and modern languages. His career started in Bermuda as a management trainee at The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited, where he spent four years before going off to increasingly demanding appointments in the financial services industry in Toronto, New York and Montreal and back to Bermuda, most recently as General Manager and Principal Representative of Sun Life Financial Inc. He is a member of The Institute of Directors and past chairman of the Bermuda branch, holding the professional designation MIoD. He is a member of Rotary International. |

Mrs. Hamda A. Ambah (B.Sc., M.Sc.) – General Manager of FSDH and Director of FAML
Mrs. Hamda Ambah joined FSDH in August 1993 and is currently responsible for managing the affairs of the Corporates, Investors’, HR/Admin and Operations Units as well as the branch offices in Abuja and Port Harcourt. Mrs. Ambah is a 1980 graduate of Computer Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, as well as a 1982 graduate of the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London. She is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and is also registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a capital market operator. |

Mr. Aigboje Higo Jr. (B.B.A., MBA, AICS) – Director of FAML and Managing Director, Pensions Alliance Limited, a Pension Fund Administrator in Nigeria
Mr. Higo holds a B.B.A in International Business from Howard University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the American University both in Washington D.C., USA. He is a seasoned capital market operator with wide ranging experience in Investment Banking and has handled several creative Corporate Finance mandates. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. |

Mr. Ibrahim Yahaya Dikko (LL.B, LL.M, B.L) – Executive Director of Resourcery Limited, Chairman of FSDH and Director of FAML
Mr. Ibrahim Yahaya Dikko holds an LL.B (Law) from the University of Buckingham, England and an LL.M (Corporate & Commercial Law) from the University of London. He also holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He is an Executive Director with Resourcery Limited where he is directly responsible for coordinating different business units in the area of marketing and business development. This entails overseeing issues regarding the company’s marketing strategies, business focus, alliance management as well as advertising strategies. |

Mr. Adebayo holds a B.Sc. in Banking & Finance. He is a seasoned investment banker, with expertise in fixed income securities and asset management. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. |

Mrs. M. Ogunwemimo is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining FAML, Mayowa worked with FSDH where she garnered experience in the area of Research. |

Adaobi Ekweanya (B.Sc.) – Business Development, FAML
Miss Adaobi Ekweanya holds a B.Sc. degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Adaobi started her Investment Banking career at Futureview Financial Services Limited where she worked in the Asset Management unit of the organization. She progressed from there to the Corporate Finance division of Vetiva Capital Management Limited and subsequently the Equity Sales division of the same organization. Before joining FSDH Asset Management Limited, she worked briefly with Stacoprime Capital Limited as Head of the Wealth Management unit. She has attended several courses and workshops. |
